What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards other than AMEX.
Do I have to pay tax on my order?
No you don't. You’ll be glad to hear that tea is a zero-rated VAT item. However we do include VAT on the shipping.
How can I change something on my order?

Can I track my order?
If you selected to have your order shipped with DPD please contact us for your tracking number. If you've chosen to have your order delivered by Royal Mail and haven’t received your order after 7 days, please contact us at email@example.com.
How long will delivery take?
If you've paid for DPD next-day delivery, you should receive it the next day. If you've selected Royal Mail then please allow 2-3 working days after shipping.
Can you ship my order as a gift?
Absolutely! If you'd like us to send your parcel as a gift just send us an email and we'll ship it without an invoice.
What are your silken pyramid tea bags made of?
These teabags are made of food grade nylon mesh. If you are wanting to compost your tea please see our loose leaf range.
